Tai chi is a Chinese discipline that helps improve your suppleness and reinforces your muscles.
With a number of continuous, circular movements, tai-chi also improves breathing control and aims to help you maintain good physical, mental and spiritual health.

The Jacuzzi® area: in a green tropical setting, the Jacuzzi® is an open invitation to relax. Say goodbye to physical and nervous tension as the joint action of warm water and pressurized air of the hydrojets stimulates circulation, promotes the oxygenation of muscles and loosens up nerves and joints.
As these warm water massages gently relax you, toxins and stress drain away promoting the production of endorphins: natural painkillers. A session in the Jacuzzi® will leave you feeling relaxed and with a sensation of wellbeing.
