Swimming pool
The 600 m² heated swimming pool is supervised by qualified professionals holding a National Certificate in safety and life-saving and/or a State Certificate in swimming instruction. You can fully enjoy the pleasures that water has to offer and, needless to say, swimming is one of the best physical activities for the body.

With a financial contribution, you can choose to:

- participate in the classes or take advantage of swimming lessons

- learn to scuba-dive in the pool with the possibility of then diving in the sea.
 
Aquagym  
Exercises in a weightless environment to gently develop and strengthen muscles.
You don’t have to be able to swim and the exercises are simple and efficient. Results include: increased muscle tone, revitalized respiratory system and a redefined silhouette (slimmer waist, strengthened back, firmer body, less cellulite). 30 minutes of aquagym is the equivalent of 1h30 of floor exercise. Each class leaves you with a feeling of physical well-being and higher morale.

Program organized by qualified professionals :
Aqua Dynamic: athletic and recreational, this class tones your body, improves your coordination and endurance while protecting your joints. You slim-down your silhouette without over-exerting your muscles.
 
Gym
Gym is a cardio work-out to different dance rhythms.  An explosive mix of all the latest dance styles and chart music to work out to whilst having a great time.
 
The fitness area
The fitness area, which is located near the aquatic complex, is equipped with cardio-training machines. In the best interests of both body and health, you can alternate different exercises thus improving your silhouette whilst protecting against cardio-vascular conditions or complaints.

Multi-function bikes and steppers work on your lower limbs and buttocks. The rowing machine works on deltoids, biceps and dorsal muscles as well as buttocks, abdos and thighs.
The sports grounds
The sports grounds:
lit at night, allows you to play a variety of sports: volleyball, basketball, half-court tennis, ping-pong, boulodrome, five-a-side football. Equipment (ball and racquets) is provided.
